Miss Joshi finished her CHAI and probably had made some impressions and perception about me in this duration. We started walking back and halted at the Corner House Junction to wait for her sister's arrival....This was not a part of the plan initially but I couldn't have just left.....Her sister got down from the cab and we shook hands....I insisted on taking her to the Corner House for Ice-Cream though they did not seem very happy with this thought.....Younger ones are always special for the Elder ones and I was meeting her for the First Time so I had greet her in some way.....An Ice-Cream seemed to be the nearest option.
We made our way towards the Ice-Cream parlour and I asked for choices. I was not much prepared for this Activity and was a little nervous as I insisted them to have an ice-cream before they leave. Was it was wrong on my part to do this? Her sister was carrying a cute little bag which was as adorable as herself.....In all my doubts I again ended up ordering DBC (Death by Chocolate), the flagship Corner House Ice-Cream flavor that we survived on for years after coming to Bangalore, that craze faded away with time, I started telling them more about the history of Corner House....We had a couple of scoops, may be they were not liking it or were occupied with some other thoughts.
It is sometimes a difficult thing meeting someone for the First Time and doing the right things. I know I may not have done all right things on July the 29th and I was not aware that this will affect me in time to come..... I had the choice to stay formal and meet strictly the way people meet for matrimonial purpose, keeping my face straight and try to stay boring during the Conversation, crack no jokes and display no extra hospitality. May be this is what was required but I figured out that neither me nor Miss Joshi will get anything out of it and we both will go back as Robots with Pacemakers fitted and hearts removed....
The best love is the kind that awakens the Soul, which makes us reach for more, that plants the fire in our Hearts and brings peace to our minds, that's what I hope to give her forever.
